Caryn is exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. She has a knack for pulling off the tough deals and worked her tail off for me. She represented me as a seller and a buyer. Neither transaction was an easy one. Somehow, she kept all the moving pieces together, sold my existing property in 5 days, arranged for a small rent back, finagled horses moving at a later date, worked through a major appraisal issue on the home I was purchasing, and got us to the finish line!
